Pisco Sour Recipe
- 3 oz. of Pisco
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. of Jarabe de Goma
- 1 Egg White
- 6 Ice Cubes
- Angostura Bitter
Preparation
Put the ice, lemon juice, Pisco, and the Jarabe de Goma in a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Then add the egg white and blend for 15 more seconds. Enjoy!
