Preparation Suggestions

Sauté the Meat: Sauté 1 lb (450 g) of cubed beef loin until browned.
Add Vegetables: Add 1 red onion, 1 yellow hot pepper cut into strips, and 1 tomato cut into wedges. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Season: Dissolve the contents of the seasoning mix in 200 ml of water with 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar. Pour over the meat and vegetable mixture. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve: Adjust seasoning to taste, serve with French fries and white rice.
