I received this a couple days ago. Yesterday I used it to make Lomo Saltado. Usually I have substituted jalapeño peppers for aji amarillo because the latter is not available in local stores. Yesterday’s Lomo Saltado tasted better than usual so it seems the Belmont Pasta Aji Amarillo was a good purchase.
